Clifford Ross Enterprises, Inc is Pennsylvania based corporation based at 400 Northampton Street, Suite 509, Easton, PA 18042 with an additional office in Philadelphia (collectively, "we", "us" and/or "our"), We make information and fonts available to you directly, on our websites. These Terms apply to all of our Sites, products and services. "You" or "your" refers to you personally (for example, the individual who reads and agrees to be bound by these Terms), and in addition if you access the Services on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you and the corporation or other legal entity on whose behalf you access the Services. We reserve the right to change anything associated with or available on the Services at any time or our chosing.These Terms and any other Terms embody the whole agreement between us and you with respect to our Services, Typefaces, Fonts and Content and supersede all previous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, written, or imagined between us and you. We will not be culpable for breakdowns to effect any engagement due to variables beyond our control.

We are based in the United States of America. We absolutely make no affirmations concerning whether the Services, Fonts or Content may be viewed, downloaded, or be fitting for exercise outside of the United States of America. If you ingress the Services, Fonts or Content from outside of the United States, you do so 100% at your own liability. Wherever you are on planet Earth, you are entirely culpable for establishing conformity to the laws and regulations of your specific area of operation and existence.

THIS IS A Binding Agreement. Read these terms before using the Services. By using the Services, Products, Designs and Font and downloading the fonts you agree to be completely bound by these terms without exception. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use our Services, Products, Designs or download our fonts or files.

By clicking "accept" and downloading the font files you confirm, accept and acknowledge that you have read the terms or service completely, agree with the terms of service 100% without question, and release us from any and all liability, damages, harm and everything else. You agree to accept any and all liability that may arise from downloading, using, and installing the fonts files and typefaces. You agree to refrain from taking any sort of legal action against us or joining in any type of class action lawsuit.

Downloading and usage of the fonts means you accept the entire terms of service included here and any future edits we may make to it.

THE COMPANY PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONTENT, FONTS OR SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS VERACITY, INTEGRITY, TIMELINESS, OR SOUNDNESS. THE COMPANY PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, FONTS OR THE CONTENT WILL MEET ANY REQUIREMENTS OR NEEDS YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE, OR THAT THE SERVICES, FONTS AND CONTENT WILL PERFORM PROBLEM FREE OR IN AN CONTINUOUS FASHION, OR THAT ANY BUGS OR ERRORS WILL BE FIXED, OR THAT THE SERVICES, FONTS AND CONTENT ARE COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE WITH ANY CERTAIN PLATFORM OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATION.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND COMPLETELY 100% AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICES, FONTS AND CONTENT COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THE SERVICES, FONTS AND CONTENT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” MATTER OR COURSE AND THAT NO ASSURANCE, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR IMAGINED IS PROVIDED TO OR AGREED TO. YOU CONSENT THAT YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, HARD DRIVES OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF ANY DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SERVICES, FONTS OR CONTENT. THE COMPANY PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR IMAGINED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A CERTAIN PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNIQUE, COLLATERAL, EXCPETIONAL, INCIDENTAL, INCONSEQUENTIAL, ACTS OF GOD, UNINTENDED, HAPPENSTANCE, RANDOM OR PENAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, LOSS OF OTHER MONEY, LOSS OF BASICALLY ANYTHING, LOSS OF SECURITY OF INFORMATION YOU HAVE GIVEN IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, FONTS OR CONTENT OR UNWARRANTED INTERCEPTION OF ANY SUCH INFO BY THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER IN AN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM OR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR IN REGARDS TO THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES, FONTS OR CONTENT, EVEN IF TOLD PRIOR OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN PARTICULAR, AND WITH NO BOUNDS, THE COMPANY PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USEOG, MISUSE OF, OR FAILURE TO USE THE SERVICES, FONTS OR CONTENT OR FROM ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE BY US OR ANY THIRD PARTY. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE ANSWER FOR DISGRUNTLEMENT WITH THE SERVICES, CONTENT OR FONTS IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SAID SERVICES, CONTENT OF FONTS.

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS, DISASTERS, HARM, MISHAPS, PERDITIONS, DESTRUCTION, INJURY, TROUBLE, IMPAIRMENT, ACCIDENTS, DEFEATS, SECONDARY AND RELATED LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER INTERATION OR AN AGREEMENT OR INFORMAL AGREMENT, SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US IN REGARDS TO THE CONTENT, SERVICE OR FONT FILES IN QUESTION.

You accept, agree, are aware of, have knowledge of and know that you absolutely will no evert:

• Post, transmit, or otherwise make available through or in connection with any Service any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or invasive or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware or software.

• Build a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any Services, Content or Font files.

• Post, send or make available in any way anything that may be harmful, illegal, unlawful, unjust, indecent or otherwise wrong, bad or not proper.

• Use the services, products, font files or content in unsolicted junk mail, spam, schemes, investment schemes, or any other form of improper or unethical practices as deemed by common sense and doing the right thing

• Use any bot, web crawler, robot, spider, site search engine application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, scrape, data mine or in any way reproduce, hijack or fool around with the navigational structure or presentation of a Service, Product, Download or site functionality

• Express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.

• Reproduce, duplicate, sell, rent out, lease, distrubute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Services (including any Content, product, service and other materials available through any Service) including any products or services of any third party made available through the use of or access to our Services.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Sites or Services (including any Content and other materials available through the Services), except as and solely to the extent expressly authorized under applicable law overriding any of these restrictions.

• Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Services or Content and other materials originating from any Service.

Terms Applicable to Corporations. The following terms and conditions apply directly to any corporation or any other legal entity that is subject to the following terms:

1. You consent to require all of your employees and contrators that use or access the Services and Fonts to be bound by these Terms

2. You agree to be responsible and liable for all action and omissions of your employees and contractor in connection with the use of the Services and Fonts, including any breaking of these speciic and general Terms. All references to your access and/or use of the Site herein include access and/or use of the Services by your employees.

Changes to the Terms and Services. We reserve the right to alter the information, products, services, and costs mentioned in any of the Services, at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable in anyway to you or to any third party for any change, suspension, or termination of any or all of the Services and Font downloads. We may also govern the availability of the Services, in any way, to any person, geographic area or specified designated areas that we pick at any time.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. You understand that the use of the internet, search engines, and browsers involves inherent risk. You understand that Clifford Ross Enterprises in in no way responsible for this risk.

While using our site, services, font files, content and such you will comform to all privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and all other laws. Your use of any of the sites, services, font files, illustrations and all other things on our sites is based on the condition that you conform torules of conduct noted in this section and all applicable laws; any failure to conform may also result in termination of your access to our services, content and font files in addtion to full legal action

The Services contain material including, but not limited to, illustrations, designs, letters, words, graphics, images, information, logos, icons, software, computer code, and other content (collectively, the "Content"). We own the content outright and 100%. The Content is under the protection of the United States and foreign intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Content or Services may result in violation of copyright, trademark, and/or other rights and laws. You agree not to change, duplicate, rent out, lease, loan to, sell, or distribute the typefaces/fonts or the Services or the Content, in any manner - complete or otherwise.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a confined, revocable, blanket, unassailable, non-sublicensable, personal license to use the Services and Content for your own personal or limited business use, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) change, duplicate, rent out, lease, loan to, sell, profit from or distribute the typefaces and fonts or otherwise attempt to determine any source code, or sell, profit from, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Services or Content. Any other use is completely banned. This license is convertible at any time without any notice and with or without reason. With the exception of the rights expressly stated in these Terms - no other rights are granted to you or any third party ever, whether expressed, implied or imagined.

You consent to hold completely harmless the Company Parties from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your failire to honor the Terms or your access to, use, or misuse of the Services, Font Files or Content. The Company Parties has the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with all reasonable requests to assist the Company Parties in defense of such matters without question.

Class Waiver and Waiver of Jury Trial. You expressly agree to first contact us the above address regarding any claim or issue arising out of or relating to these terms or use and end user agreement. You agree that indifferent to any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim within six months after such claim arose or it is blocked for all of time. Any doings to resolve or procescute any disagreement in any assemby with respect to these Terms or the Services will be done solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor the Company Parties will look to have any disagreement heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative way. No proceeding will be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected proceedings. You consent to relinquish your right to a jury trial in connection with any disagreement relating to these Terms or your use, End user agreementor use of the Services.

Claims of Copyright Infringement. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who think that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in reality that the designs, typefaces or illustatrations provided on any of our Sites infringe your copyright, you or your representative may deliver us a notice requesting that the material be removed. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA. Notices and counter notices should be sent to us at the address stated above.

The Services are not for for children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are an adult and have read and agreed to all of our terms of service and our privacy policy. If you are under 18 years of age (but over the age of 12), then you state that you possess the legal consent of your parent and/or guardian to access and use the Services and fonts. If you are a parent and/or guardian agreeing to the Terms for the anyone under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed and now agree to the Terms and accept full responsibility for that child’s use of the Services and font, including all financial charges and legal liability that such child may incur in connection with the use of the Services.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT: These fonts were designed and created by Clifford Ross Enterprises, Inc. www.cliffrossfonts.com. The designs are protected by copyright. Sharing, selling, distributing and like actions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Clifford Ross Enterprises, Inc is not responsible for any technical problems, computer problems, potential file corruption, computer viruses, or any other computer related issues in regards to use of these font files. Upon download, the user releases Clifford Ross Enterprises, Inc from any liability related to the use of these files. This includes computer crashes, hard drive failures and things of that nature. Upon download, the user accepts full responsibility for use of these font files and the health of the computers the font files are used on. User can use these fonts for professional and personal use. Upon download the user accepts full responsibiliy for any liability in regards to copyright infrigment, intellectual property lawsuits, and things of that nature. One download per user or business per font.
